Witherbee was sitting in the yard of a home in the area of S. 86th and Adler around 6 p.m. when a vehicle crashed into the building and struck Witherbee. The vehicle then drove off.MPD also arrested the suspect, identified as a 37-yea stanley cup r-old man from Milwaukee.
