Ernest Terrell Blakney, 47, has been charged with first-degree reckless homicide, attempted mutilation of a corpse, felony bail jumping, false imprisonment, and armed robbery. Parler, a largely unregulated social media network favored by conservatives, is back online after a month-long absence.According to The Verge, those who previously had accounts with the network are once again able to access the site. Parler will allow new users to open accounts beginning next week.Parler originally launched in 2018 with the goal of protecting free speech online.
