SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, Wisc. 鈥?The Sheboygan Police Department issued an alert for neighbors to shelter in place in a south-side neighborhood on Friday evening.                        Katie Boguslawske.        Shortly before 6 p.m. Friday evening, Sheboygan police say they received reports of a 33-year-old man who had been stabbed.Police say that the man had been stabbed by his 34-ye stanley cup ar-old roommate. The victim did not survive despite lifesaving efforts.                         Katie Boguslawske.        The Sheboygan Police Department s Emergency Response Team was activated in an effort to take the 34-year-old into custody. Police say they attempted to communicate with the 3 stanley cup 4-year-old man, who remained in the house where the stabbing occurred, for several hours with no response.      A vehicle-mounted ram was used by officers to enter the home.
