They never celebrated my 15th birthday and I always wanted it because I saw other girls have their parties and it made me sad stanley website  that I didnt have the same experience,  said Nilda Quiroz.                        TMJ4, Elaine Rojas-Castillo                Nilda Quiroz just got the chance to celebrate her Quincea帽era, after missing the chance when she was a teenager.     The United Community Center wanted to change that by giving 9 seniors from Mexico, Puerto Rico and Colombia the  stanley cup celebration they always dreamed of. 2 z: D; O5 Q3 E( Z8 g MILWAUKEE 鈥?On Friday, a vigil will be held for the Milwaukee Police Department employee who was killed Monday.Naeem Sarosh, 35,  stanley mugs was shot during a  neighbor dispute  on Monday around 6 p.m. in the 4800 block of S. 22nd Place. A 65-year-old suspect was arrested and police are investigating the incident. Family Identifies Milwaukee Police Employee Killed In  Neighbor Dispute Sarosh had been with the Milwaukee Police Department for four years and served as a community service officer. Now, community members will come together to honor the officer. According to the Peace for Change Alliance and Milwaukee Coalition Against  stanley cup Hate, the vigil will be Friday at 6 p.m. at the 2nd District Police Station, 234 W Lincoln Ave.The news of the vigil comes after the Milwaukee Police Departme stanley cup nt issued a statement regarding Sorosh s death. They said,  Acting Chief Michael Brunson and the entire Milwaukee Police Department send condolences and prayers to the Sarosh family as they grieve their loss. He will be greatly missed by the members of this organization and by the members of our community.
